Vacation Rental Chalet Capacity :

• Open mezzanine: 1 queen bed + 2 x 39″ beds : 4 guests.
• Ground floor: 1 hide-a-bed (sleeps 2)
• Refrigerator, oven, stove, gas lighting
• Water provided in 20-litre carriers (according to needs)
• Outdoor camping shower
• 12-volt battery + 110-volt converter for recharging cell phones, tablets, laptops
• Firewood provided:
  • Massive granite fireplace on ground floor
  • Slow-burning wood stove on lower level
• Washrooms:
  • Outdoors: “Special” double outhouse (with cedar shavings)
  • Indoors: Dry/chemical toilet, for nighttime needs
• Bedding, towels, house linens + basic supplies provided
• 14’5’’ rowboat, oars, life jackets, fishing gear, auger (winter) + your 5 first trouts incl. (fishing permit + worms not provided)
• 12-km private trail + access to Saguenay Fjord Trail (100 m away / SÉPAQ park access fee ($) required

• During spring thaw: closed April 15 – May 15
• June 1 – November 15: vehicles with AWD advised
• ± November 15 – April 15: Snowmobile or ATV equipped with treads are mandatory
