My name is Chantal Gilbert and I’m your hostess. I’m 49 and after teaching children with learning disabilities for 23 years, I decided to embark on a new career: creating our upscale tourist vacation destination.
Lending me their full support are my 18-year-old son Olivier, a student, and my 73-year-old father, a retired forestry engineer. Both are pastmasters when it comes to understanding our natural wilderness setting.
We also enjoy a vast 965-acre forest estate that belongs to my father and his associate, Jeannot Simard, and propose other visitor opportunities where we partner up with other local businesses.
